Who We Are

Talent Search Africa (TSA) uses a state of the art custom built recruitment CRM combined with an experienced sales force and a comprehensive data base. We are well suited to represent our clients for all junior/mid-level recruitment needs. As a subsidiary of Hallmark Recruitment, TSA and Hallmark regularly work together with clients and can appoint a single point of contact for both agencies.

From a candidate perspective, because of the TSA relationship with the Hallmark brand, and it’s cost savings for employers, ranging from 50%-70% reduction to market-norms, TSA can connect candidates to a greater variety of companies. Like every recruitment organization in the Hallmark family, TSA will never charge a candidate a fee for registering with us or for an introduction to an employer

Lilian Wangari
Director of Operations

Lilian has been with the Hallmark Group since 2013 and has since then amassed a wealth of experience in full cycle recruitment. As TSA’s Director of Operations, she oversees executive search and non-executive recruiting projects across various industries for junior to mid-level roles.
Lilian’s unending ability to blend warm assertiveness with keen industry knowledge has led to strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Peter Njoroge
Recruitment Consultant

Peter joined TSA in early 2016 with no prior experience in the recruitment industry. He, however, quickly made an impact by finding quality candidates for very hard to fill positions. He is focused and has a positive attitude, which serves him well while putting in the long hours to source candidates for our clients. Peter has a true understanding of the diverse mass market recruitment that TSA handles and has a great passion for Talent Acquisition.
